ICO is a product of Ampliando Círculos®, a consultancy with a long-standing focus on the architecture of relationships inside organizations.
What we do
We work with companies to understand how their teams are actually connected — not how the org chart says they should be. ICO combines two things that other diagnostics keep separate: the analysis of the real collaboration network and how each person perceives that dynamic from their own role. We built it from scratch; it isn’t a methodology imported from elsewhere.
Why data matters to us
When an organization hires us, they give us access to sensitive information: maps of how people relate to each other inside their company. We take that seriously. The care we apply to that data isn’t only a legal obligation — it’s the minimum condition for the work to mean anything.
